These are the wrong type o foods for a person with ‘’pear type body’’: soft drinks, butter, pastries prepared from white flour, bread,  egg yolks, coffee, sugar, alcoholic beverages, sauces, meat fats, fried oils, dairy high in lactose.

The right foods to be eaten by pear body shape persons are: artichokes, oats, brown rice, unsweetened cereals, avocados, zucchini, parsley, beans, fish, lemon, nuts, lentils, beans, eggplant, peas, lean chicken and asparagus.

Tips for pear shape persons: Eat foods low in fat and reduce protein and carbohydrates in your daily diet. With regard to exercise do aerobic exercises to give shape to the legs and thighs. Measure the circumference of the hips and waist every 30 days

So once you identify the type of body you have then next step would be to follow the rules which apply to that specific body type so as to be able to stay fit and healthy and have as a good body shape as possible.
