How to have a slim waist with just two exercises

Did you ever wonder how do others do it? How they achieve to have a slim waist? A waist with no extra fat hanging left and right! Well fitness is achieved with exercise and diet and both lead to health.  A slim waist improves your image, improves the way you look, the way your clothes look good on you and certainly improves your self-esteem.

Exercises for a slim waist

If you are concerned about the appearance of your body, you can certainly improve it visibly with the appropriate exercises. Include the exercises that we present in this short article in your exercise program and you will come closer to your goal for a slim waist. For best results combine the exercises that you are presented with at least 120 minutes of aerobic exercise a week. See the exercises below:

Sit with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Bring your hands under their thighs, bring your body back by leaning backwards and lift legs so that they come up parallel to the floor (A).

Stretch your front legs and hands to toes (B). Hold this position and take 8 breaths. Repeat the exercise 3 times.

 

Lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and your hands behind your head. Bring your left knee on the floor and bend your body forward (A). Do 15-25 repetitions of this part. Return to the starting position, lift your shoulders, stretch your left arm and then do 15-25 abdominal exercises (B). Repeat on the right side using the right arm. You have just completed one set! Include 2 such sets in your workout.
